With the refund advance, you will receive your advance on a prepaid debit card called the Turbo Visa Debit Card. Turbo Visa Debit Card will be mailed to you within five to ten business days. You will also be emailed your temporary card information within 48 hours so you can start spending your advance when you wish to spend. After the IRS processes your refund, your remaining funds will load onto your Turbo Visa debit card (It will have the amount subtracting the advance already received and the tax preparation fee).

Kindly note, the TurboTax does not charge any interest on your refund advance. But, you need to pay a tax preparation fee to file through TurboTax. This fee varies depending on the service you are signing up for. But you need not pay this fee upfront. You can pay it once the IRS has processed your refund.
